I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deliveroo (London, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
One of their internal recruiter contacted me on LKDN for an initial phone interview.
At the end of the call I was left with: I'll send your CV and my notes to the hiring manager and contact you back as soon as I get a feedback.
Useless to say: He disappeared.
In the following weeks, probably month, I've emailed him multiple times (probably more than 3) asking for feedback but no response. How rude!
Hopefully, other recruiters working there show more respect for candidates, sending a response back to a candidate, even if negative (at this point I assume the feedback was negative), costs less than 1 minute. and shows that you have respect for people and their time.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Deliveroo (New Delhi)
Interview
Interviews well organized. Total 5 rounds . Complexity was medium. Had a very good discussion with the panelist . Not sure why they rejected. Recruiter support was not that great .

Question 1
leadership and behavioral and architecture interview should be open ended but didn't feel the same thing while interviewing
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deliveroo (London, England) in Apr 2021
Interview
Great! Very professional and organised, reasonably challenging, with superb support from the recruitment personnel and from the interviewers. No nonsense. The interviewers were a very technical, experienced, pragmatic and impressively motivated group of people! From their questions and from their answers to my own questions I was able to build a picture of the Company, the opportunities available and their most pressing needs. It seems to be a great place to work.

Question 1
Questions are confidential. Expect to speak in details about your previous experience and the skills you declare to have.
1 - phone call with the in-house recruiter
2 - on site interview with line manager
3 - on site interview with technical interview
4 - day on site, interviews covering technical, managerial and soft skills
All the interviewers were very knowledgable and friendly. During that all day onsite I had a number of normal face to face interviews and 3 role playing sessions focussing on managerial style, people skills and problem resolution.
Through the whole process I was kept up to date with progress and overall it was a very good interview experience.
