Las entrevistas en Deliveroo son muy estructuradas y siempre con el candidato en mente para hacerle pasar una experiencia positiva.
Se dividen en varias fases, dependiendo del puesto y de la seniority, de tal manera que el candidato es evaluado por diferentes miembros de Deliveroo (puede ser gente de su equipo, alguien de un equipo cross-funcional o un director de otro área diferente). Cada entrevistador enfoca su entrevista en un área concreta del perfil del candidato (experiencia, impacto, alineación con los valores de la empresa, etc).

Las preguntas se suelen basar en escenarios pasados, (“ponme un ejemplo de una situación en la que hayas tenido que utilizar datos para convencer a un socio”).
Only a 15mins video call with the interviewer and the interviewer didnt even open the camera... impolite in an interview meeting so it is not pleasant. Didnt share the job details to me during the interview
