I had 4 interviews - all of them were via LYNC.
The first 2 interviews were by managers and the latter 2 were by partners.
I found all interviews intellectually challenging. Furthermore, you have to be prepared to answer why TMD and to share what you have done previously to become an ideal candidate in the industry.
The cases are not necessarily limited to the industry.

Question 1
- Estimate the number of toilet papers in an airport
- Estimate the media piracy size in Peru
Prepare well! They asked case study questions that required preparation. I recommend YouTube and any online material available to practice, additionally try practice with a partner. I struggled with the anxiety around answering the question on under pressure and could definitely have benefited from practicing with someone as I did the preparation on my own :)

Interview
Appeared for first round interviews consisting of two 1-hr interviews with both fit and case study component. Fit questions consisted of the usual background questions, why consulting, why this firm etc etc. Each interview had an approx. 30 min case study. Case study 1: Estimate the SMS revenue in UK generated on Vodafone network. Very interactive and helpful interviewer. Case study 2: You are a farmer and have to apply for a loan for your chicken farm. Present your case with interview acting as the banker. Totally interviewee driven case without any inputs from the interviewer.
