I tend to struggle with this question but I explained that a weakness was that I can come off aggressive sometimes and it can be interpreted as “rude” or “too eager”. I explained that I’m only aggressive when I’m trying to get a job done or to convey my point. However, I backed up my response by adding that I have been working on channeling this “aggressive” energy in a different, communicative way that can be applicable to any situation.
