Descript interview questions

This was a pretty straightforward 30-minute screening phone interview with HR, who asked about work history, what I'm looking for in a role, pst job experience relevant to the role, etc.

Starts with a recruiter, goes to the hiring manager, then goes to the team members. Three stages. I talked to a total of six people. It was a while ago, but what I recall is that there were very young team members who were inexperienced and not particularly skilled interviewers. It felt slightly ageist but that's maybe my insecurity.
