Detroit Country Day School interview questions

I was hired very last-minute. I heard that DCD's interview process is long and involved, but I met a (future) co-teacher and the department head for a two-on-one interview session in August. I did not have to model-teach and I did not interview with any administrators. I've heard that other new-hires spent the day at the school, being shown around and interacting with the students.
