The interview process is highly unorganized , they will ask to code a assignment which will definitely take a good developer 3-4 days to code , once you submit the assignment they will schedule a interview and to your surprise the project you submitted won't be looked into , the interviewer will ask for system design problems and look for theoretical answers rather than work based experience . No proper communication about the project will be given and no feedback henceforth. Its better they have this round first and then ask candidates to code and not waste their time.
