Interview
I was called for an interview directly by the head of department I would be working for. Was scheduled for an interview next day. There were some technical issues because Telekom prefers to use outdated Cisco WebEx.Inteview started but the other team member left after 15 minutes because he had to go somewhere. I was assured that another interview will be conducted since this kind of no complete. I received a rejection two weeks later through an automated system message. The absolute disrespect shown towards a candidate and then no feedback in the end. Would never work for such a company and I recommend that you don't if you're not a German.

You have to send an application, and then they will invite you for an interview. Sometimes they take two interviews and they give a case study. If you will convince them, then the manager will give you a job offer.

I had a single round of interviews with the HR and technical leaders. It’s beneficial to have a project ready to showcase in the field you are planning to work in. For this position, I believe that enthusiasm was the most important trait that employers were looking for.

Interview
Very positive impression from the interview. It happened online since unfortunately I wasn't able to come to Bonn myself, so the team was very flexible and accomodating in this sense. The questions very pretty straighforward, and not extremely hard to answer. The intervieewers were very firendly and nice.
