It's straightforward. First you do an interview where you talk about your job and past jobs, then a live code challenge with the technical manager, where you need to explain a code and write a solution. People there are very nice.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at DevReady (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
Overall, company seems disorganized. It took them forever to get back to me after the recruiter got me. We went back and forth for a while and I had to consistently follow up. Wasted my time. Then they would try to schedule me that week then never schedule me. From the interview process, the company seems like it is growing, yet extremely disorganized. How can you claim to be good at sales yet not manage one applicant. Total process took me 2.5 months. I told them my timeline since the beginning and then in the end claimed to not hire me due to my timeline. If that was the issue, one could have brought that up in the final interview, or two disqualify me in the first round. Either way it is that or them not being transparent. I asked for further reason but they did not answer, which I am not suprised due to their history of responsiveness. Three phases of the interview process. One with Recruiter/HR, board with 2-3 managers/associates, then with the VP.
El proceso fue simple, una entrevista conversacional y recorrido del CV. Preguntas orientadas a la posición a cubrir, experiencia relacionada y ese tipo de cosas. Fue muy objetiva y se valoró mucho los resultados logrados.
