interviewed by IT department, they don't many levels of management. management is very loose and unorganized. There are bright that are people skilled in certain positions but they have no authority. This is a family owned business that is owned by some one who doesn't seem to really care about the business as it it is not his only source of income. The people left to run it are friends of his with no real business experience. They are nice people but have no idea how to run a business. They only look to their own when making decisions that could affect the whole company. This hurts the business as very few of them are knowledgeable about running a successful business.
