Interview
Had a friend of a friend that got me in touch with the manager. He wasn't looking for anyone but agreed to interview me anyway after we talked on the phone. The interview was a one-on-one at his office. The interview went really well because I had done a ton of research before hand on the company, their business and anything else I could find. He extended an offer by the end of the interview.
