Digital Charging Solutions GmbH interview questions

This is a story of receiving an offer that was withdrawn two days later: The overall interview process was initially positive. It consists of 7 stages, including a long case study, an in-person presentation at the office, meeting the team, and a final interview with C-level leadership. The process moved relatively quickly and I received consistently positive feedback throughout. After completing all stages, I received a verbal offer and was asked to provide documents for contract preparation. However, only two days later, I was informed that due to internal reasons the position had been closed and the offer was withdrawn. While I understand that internal priorities can change, extending an offer before internal alignment is fully secured can put candidates in a very difficult professional position. At this stage, candidates may already start planning their transition, including discussions with their current employer. Experiencing a reversal at this point significantly impacted my trust in the hiring process. A more aligned internal decision-making process before extending an offer would significantly improve the candidate experience.
