DigitalSherpa interview questions

After submitting an online job application, I was asked to submit a brief writing sample based on a topic they provided. Based on that alone, I was offered a job. When I went in to meet with the manager, I was given a brief tour and overview of the content management and creation process. This was years ago. Later, the interview process evolved to include more layers of screening and editing and journalism skill requirements.
