The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Digitas in Feb 2011
Interview
I was referred to the system by an existing Digitas employee and was told I would receive a call soon (within the next couple of days). When I didn't get the call, I gave it a few more days because I know people can get busy. 2 weeks and no call later, I decided to follow up with my referral. After some pushing, I finally got the call.
The interview went pretty well until the end when she realized she interviewed me for the wrong city. Said positions actually open up quite frequently and would keep my resume on file. I asked if it would be okay to keep in touch with her regarding this since obviously the career site is pretty out of date. 2 follow ups later I still haven't heard back.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Digitas
Interview
Screening phone interview that lasted approx. 30 mins with recruiter. Followed up shortly thereafter to schedule 4 1-1 interviews in-office with a mix of challenging questions and case scenarios. Everyone I spoke to was very smart and down-to-earth which made the process enjoyable overall. Conversations provided a lot of insight into the culture and opportunities for growth.
I applied online. I interviewed at Digitas (Boston, MA) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied for the position on the company website and heard back from a recruiter rather soon after. Scheduled a call and spoke with the recruiter who went over standard inital phone interview questions, fairly basic. He then told me he was going to set me up to talk to one of their directors the very next day. Spoke with the director the next morning who wanted to know a little more about why I wanted to join the S&A team and why Digitas/tech agency world as I was in a different industry. Both calls went great and a day later the recruiter reached out to schedule time for me to come into their Boston office for four in-person interviews. Came in two weeks later for the interviews. The office if really cool, much different than what I was used to. First interview was fit/behavior, second was a case interview, third was fit/behavior, and the fourth was supposed to be a long case study but actually was a normal fit/behavior. Overall great experience. The recruiter was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process which was also great.

Question 1
Go through something that frustrates you at your current job and explain how you managed the situation.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Digitas (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
Phonecall. Interviewer didn't know anything about me such as my major or what college I graduated from. Also kept asking me for how much money I make in my current role and an exact number for how much I would like to make, which was really inappropriate for my first interview.
