    Pros

Smart people, challenging and demanding client work for big name brands, fun and inclusive company culture with lots of social events, trainings, flex work schedule and PTO

    Cons

Share similar challenges as other Agencies where there are a lot of young people so turnover rate can be high

    I worked at Digitas full-time

    Pros

Overall, folks are experienced and smart.

    Cons

A lot of smoke and mirrors and politics at senior levels.
Bank of America account is too dominant.

    Advice to Management

Weed out the big talkers who can't activate.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Digitas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Clients are clueless and management is incompetent, so you can do whatever you want
    - Your boss will tell you to lie to clients if the data is bad, so you don't even have to try
    - I'm currently looking for jobs, going to yoga, and running a fashion blog during the day because there is nothing worth doing at work

    Cons

    - Toxic work environment
    - Losing clients/business left and right
    - No one in the agency cares about this group's work
    - Leadership is incompetent, selfish, and not helpful in any way
    - Awful opportunities for career advancement
    - Awful professional development
    - Largely unintelligent management

I have been directed to lie on my timesheets and have heard of people being directed to withhold data and insights from clients that make the agency look bad

    Advice to Management

I don't even know where to start but I can't wait to leave

I have been working at Digitas full-time

    Pros

The benefits at Digitas are amazing - from true flex days to great Health Insurance. Definitely the things I miss most.

    Cons

The culture is inbread and pulling down all creativity and growth. There is no collaboration and people love to work there way up by pushing true talent down.

    Advice to Management

I wish Human Resources would do there job. When abuse happens they look at who has the bigger title and not at who is telling the truth.
