I have been working at Digitas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Company culture is very fun
    - Upper management is now pushing for innovative work

    Cons

    - All of Publicis Groupe recently made the switch to Activity Based Workspaces. Not having an assigned desk has been extremely frustrating and overall waste of time and energy.
    - It takes a long time for upper management to recognize when employees need more support, even when flags are raised multiple times.
    - Working across different offices is difficult when the attention to detail varies

I have been working at Digitas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've learned some of the most important skills that someone can in their first job - client presentations skills, creating decks, excel/tableau/sql, adobe analytics

    Cons

I was shocked at how poorly Digitas treats its staff. I was placed on an account where there was supposed to be 5 data and analytics team members staffed, but there were only 2. I had to do the work of 3 people without any recognition, bonus, reward, anything.... Moreover, I was promised a promotion multiple times and directors here just lie to you in this process. I was extremely disappointed with the upper level management at this company and would not recommend Digitas to anyone because this has left such a poor taste in my mouth.

    Pros

Great people to work with, good holidays.

    Cons

Management has no visibility into workload, and prefer to point fingers when things go wrong rather than work on finding a solution. Hard work is unappreciated cause of this.
