Interview
I was hired by a manager that was separated from the company not too long after.
They just asked me basic textbook interview questions: where do you see yourself in the future, why DTF, what makes you fit the position, etc.
Interviewer was reserved and told me I’d hear back from the recruiter in a few days to inform me of their decision. I feel like I did pretty well and dressed well but I’ll have to wait to see what they say.

Tell me a little bit about yourself. Why din tai fung. What is one bit of negative feedback you’ve received and what is one positive one. Etc.
was easy, didn't have to do to much. You have to be competent, though, the job is very labor-intensive and requires a lot of multitasking. They are the biggest restaurant in NYC after all.

Interview
The interview was located in a building in downtown. Everyone was given a time slot, so I did not have to wait long until it is my turn. The interview itself was quick and straightforward. It was really efficient. Interviewer was also really friendly.
