Invited to come to the restaurant. It took place at one of the tables, with other job applicants in front of me and after me. Interviewer had a line of people waiting to be interviewed it seems, booked in 15-20 minute increments.

was easy, didn't have to do to much. You have to be competent, though, the job is very labor-intensive and requires a lot of multitasking. They are the biggest restaurant in NYC after all.

Interview
The interview was located in a building in downtown. Everyone was given a time slot, so I did not have to wait long until it is my turn. The interview itself was quick and straightforward. It was really efficient. Interviewer was also really friendly.
you have to make a video audition which is awkward. also you MUST be clean-shaven to be considered. with a razor, not a trimmer. they laughed at me when i said i have never used a razor but will learn how
