Interview
I Filled out application through referral, about 4 days later I was contacted for an interview with 2 managers. after the interview in about 2 days you are sent an e-mail with Drug test you have to print out and have completed with 48 hours, after the results you will then you'll be determined for a pass/pass and start a 2 week training session with a supervisor. training is usually done in classes. Total time from applying can take up to 2-4 weeks

what does customer service mean to you; how have you handled a difficult customer
Very quick and painless almost too easy. All you have to do is show up and at least be semi presentable. The interview was the easiest i have had. Within 5 minutes they offered me the job. I actually was surprised how quick it was. They had me sign and fill out some papers and i was hired. That was about it. Contingent on my background of course.

Interview
I was contacted about the position and an interview was scheduled. The interview was very easy and conducted by somebody who was not even the head supervisor. After having worked here I realized the person giving the interview was not very qualified to be doing it. They basically want to make sure you can handle the multi-tasking of working in a call center.
