Displayr interview questions

I recently interviewed with the company and had a strong initial discussion with the Talent Acquisition representative. Based on the conversation, I was led to expect communication regarding a potential second round. However, within 24 hours I received a rejection email stating that another candidate would be progressed. While I understand that decisions can change, the contrast between the interview feedback and the outcome was inconsistent. I also requested feedback to better understand the decision and improve for future opportunities, but did not receive any response. This was disappointing, particularly given the company’s emphasis on transparency and employee-friendly values. Suggestion: Align interview communication with actual decision-making and provide at least minimal feedback to candidates. This would significantly improve trust and the overall candidate experience.

The first interview was with Human Resources and asked some questions regarding my career and past experiences. The first interview with Human Resources also included a technical part that asked React and JS fundamentals. They also asked if we had some knowledge about the company.
