Process was fast. I applied online and someone from the HR Team contacted me and asked me for my availability. I replied the same day. Then, I was ghosted for a few days. I followed-up with an email asking the person if she was still interested in my application, and she replied stating that my email went to "spam", which I found it odd because I had received her message and then she saw my follow-up message, which makes me think that probably they were simply disorganized or they simply changed their mind.
In any case, I gave it a second chance and provided my availability. The interview day came and I noticed that her interview was more like a questionnaire, she was specially rushing the interview. Although we had scheduled 30 minutes, which is the typical standard for an interview, she definitely seemed as she wanted to finish the interview. For me it was pretty much like she had no interest in my profile and did not care much about the conversation, as she also did not sound friendly or interested, she sounded more like collecting answers as quick as possible.
After 10 minutes of a rushed call, I did not even have time, obviously, to ask questions. And I asked her if we could use that time, so she had no option but to follow a more normal flow of conversation.
Obviously as expected, a few days later I received the rejection message stating that they would not be moving forward with my application. I can only imagine, how different it would have been if we had simply took 10 minutes of a rushed "talk" as initially was her intention, and then receive the same rejection message. Obviously this interviewer is either not happy with her job or she was simply trying already to reject my application.
Overall, a bad experience as a candidate.
