I went through a total of 2 rounds, followed by an HR round, and finally a formality technical round. After clearing all the stages — including the HR discussion where we talked about leave policy, perks, and other benefits — I was told:
"Congratulations, you are selected!"
However, things quickly took a surprising turn. The HR asked if I could join starting today itself or start part-time and what not which was not mentioned before. I politely requested a couple of hours to prepare, to which he initially agreed. But shortly after, I received a follow-up message stating that the position had been closed.
This was quite unexpected, especially after being officially informed that I was selected.
Final Thoughts:
While I understand that hiring decisions can change due to internal reasons, this experience raises concerns about the professionalism and clarity in communication during the hiring process.

Interview
Interview was very easy. Asked only basic questions. After 2nd interview I didn't receive any response from company and after 2 weeks I asked them for feedback. Company should be more professional.
