Diversitech interview questions

Recruiter #1 (call-30 min) Recruiter #2 (call-30 min) Incumbent Manager (call-1 hr.) Regional Manager (call-1 hour) Facility Manager 1, Facility Manager 2 (Video calls on same day, each 1 hour) On Site interview met with -Incumbent HR Manager -Regional -CHRO -Facility Manager -Operations Manager (4 hours) This process took a month and 9 hours.. to discover that they chose someone with lesser qualifications. It took the recruiter less than 60 seconds via phone to tell me I wasnt selected, and alluded to the fact that I may not have "fit in" with the floor workers. Everyone at Diversitech was very nice but this process was long and drawn out for a middle management position. I wish they had been more forthcoming with what they actually wanted instead of wasting my time.
