Long interview process with multiple steps. Needed to complete a series of assignments and a writing sample. After the phone screening there were 2 in person interviews, and then an offer within 24 hours after the final interview.

Very quick to follow up and showed a keen interest. CEO was present in final round interview which was very unusual - but good to see he showed a keen interest in the team.
