They're a resume a trap and time waster, be careful. They were doing en masse screenings on HackerNews job threads, for what seems to be easy, staple roles where there is an oversupply of talent (Python web development). I have very good credentials in the field and felt I had unique tailored experience that fits in line with their project. Despite this, I was given a canned response without further screening, and told to "read their blog" to keep up with updates (broken link). This gives me a concerns they're not putting proportional time into quality of candidate, but instead, firing off job classifieds in bulk not caring about people's time or if they'd fit.
