I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Donnelly Communications (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Fairly easy interview as long as you look presentable, you'll most likely get hired. The questions more geared towards retail and not any real customer service background questions were asked which shows you that they do not care whether you have the ability to do your job or not. They're just looking to fill seats so that they can collect more money from their clients while figuring out ways to cut employee costs, which is highly ironic.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Donnelly Communications (Windsor At Peachtree, GA) in Mar 2013
Interview
it was short and to the point, they interview and test you all the same day and then send you to do your drug test. you also get a start date the same day. if you dont pass your drug test then you get taken out of class and terminated.
