Doppler (US) interview questions

Fairly typical process: 1. Recruiter screen, 2. Hiring manager screen, 3. Homework assignment (spreadsheet with inputs to make a simple forecast model), Panel (five people, including Heads of different departments and the Hiring Manager), finally the CEO.

During the interview, I had an incredibly positive experience. The process was refreshingly quick, focusing more on the potential impact I could bring to the team rather than lengthy assessments. There were no take-home tasks, which I appreciated, as it allowed for a more direct exchange during the interview. The team I met with was fantastic, showcasing a wonderful culture of collaboration and support. Our conversations were engaging and insightful, making me more excited to join after every conversation. The interview process included an "Ask Me Anything" session with all interviewers, providing an opportunity for open dialogue and addressing any challenging questions, further exemplifying the team's commitment to transparency and thorough evaluation.
