Typical screener & callback. Went over previous experiences listed on resume so obviously be ready to talk about it. However, they were mostly interested in similar national/big law firm experience. I have legal experience at a bunch of different organizations but barely touched on any of that. Liked when I talked about my college job and undergrad though probably because I was enthusiastic about it.
