Interview
It was good time to talk with them. I had a good team of guys, great boss. This is largely dependent on who the immediate manager is onsite. Having positive leadership on site can flow down to the team and can make people come to work not because they have to but, because they want to.

Q: How was your studies? Q: what motivated you? Resume based questions
Very straightforward. Had two attempts so if you stumbled during the first go it was okay because you could record again. I think you had under one minute to answer each question.

The interviewer was very casual and nice and created a nice atmosphere to be interviewed in. They want to know more about you as a person rather than your experience. The whole process was fun and far more casual than I was used to.
