I found the job post on Craigslist, and submitted my resume and a cover letter. I received a phone call a couple of weeks later from HR, was asked a few questions, and we set up a phone interview. I interviewed first with the HR representative, then we set up another phone interview with members of the marketing department, who asked more job specific questions. Finally, we set up an in-person interview, where I completed a logic test and filled out some paperwork and talked to the same people from the second phone interview. The HR representative was super friendly and helpful throughout. The marketing personnel were more to the point, but that was to be expected. At this interview they asked questions that were more based on handling employee/interaction type issues, rather than technical/skill issues. After the interview, I got a phone call with the offer before I had even made it home.
