I felt very comfortable during the interview process. My first round interview was with the VP of Operations, who was kind and very easy to speak to. She answered all of my questions and was very transparent about the role and company culture. On my second call, I met with more team members who were very genuine. It was clear that they all really enjoy working at Dreamday. I did not get an offer, but would love the opportunity to interview with them again in the future.
Was reached out to by the CEO & careers team requesting a presentation submission. The presentation prompts are also very poorly worded. Presentation was submitted by the deadline only to never hear back. I was excited to interview with this company because i've heard great things but being ghosted after submitting a presentation is extremely irresponsible and gives off the impression they are using candidates ideas for their gain. A simple "we are not moving forward" would have been completely okay. I hope they improve this going forward.
