The interview is about 30 min or so, they will introduce their company and what they do, and then ask you questions about whether you want to work abroad and let you introduce yourself if you accept.

I was first interviewed by the HR, and then the VP of Ugrad, and lastly the CEO of Due West. There was also a timed writing exercise during the interview process.
