Interview
If you call them directly and you fill out a paper application, they process you through the personality test and interview more quickly. The personality test was about 200 question so that took the longest but a lot of the questions were repeat questions. In addition, the interviewer was very nice and really wanted to make the job work.

Interview is a process, takes time to finish the whole process, besides take tests, going for physicals test and drug test and then wait until training time is available. Its about a whole month process to even start the job.

Interview
All applicants are almost guaranteed to get hired if you qualify. Disqualifiers include certain criminal arrests/convictions and driving history that consists of serious driving violations, multiple minor violations, or accidents. Lots of employees have left for other employment opportunities but eventually come back (the grass is not always greener....).
