Dynamic Healthcare Systems Java Developer interview questions

I applied here online from a job board and heard back the next day which was exciting. First found was a phone interview with HR. Very friendly, mostly went over resume. Asked me about certain technologies that company uses and if Ihad experience with them. Was more about who the company is and what they do. Nothing technical. Lasted a little over 45 minutes. Recruiter got back to me in less than a week about scheduling interview with management. Second round was a technical phone screen. Scheduled an interview but did not receive the call. Find out a couple hours later that my interviewer was stuck in a meeting. Had to reschedule what seemed like a last minute interview. This was a 30 minute interview. Received an email over a week later saying they'd like to schedule me for an on site interview. Later found out it was meant to be sent to another candidate applying for another position which was extremely misleading and unprofessional. During the whole process, I was in contact with HR recruiter and no one else.
