They were very happy with my resume and qualifications; and said that it matched exactly to their requirement. Unfortunately I was located in San Jose and the job was in San Ramon which was like 2 hr commute. Before I could say that I have no issues with commute the recruiter was discouraging about the it and said I cannot do it and that the offer do not compensate for the commute and that it would be a job i would hate as the salary will be less than the work I would be putting in (extra work because of commute). He kept repeating the same thing even after me telling I am comfortable with the commute. Eventually I did not correspond back as I felt there was no way in which i could negotiate with the compensation as he kept saying "we are not ready to change the pay scale".

Phone interview and then an in person interview for a large telecom company, recruiter Cliff is rude and very unprofessional, never uses your correct name starts the background investigation before you give approval. Looks for someone to tell him something about you, then Blacklists you from the company based on hearsay without asking or validating 2nd hand information. "gossip"

First Interview on the phone and impromptu. The recruiter was curt, accusatory, rude and he talked down to you like he was doing you a favor by interviewing me. He was impatient and would not let me finish answering the question. This was the worst experience I ever had with a recruiter.
