Interview
Very personal and relaxed process. The company uses more of an intuitive process than the typical HR process of behavioral standards. Expect the interview to be long -- two or more hours for a senior vacancy position.
It was very much like meeting someone for coffee and having a casual conversation - which revealed both the personalities of the company and their history. It allowed him to share his passion for his company and his excitement for the future. I had the chance to review and comment on those goals and how my skills and experience could support them.
This process allowed both the interviewer and I to evaluate the potential for a good fit for the position and a positive working relationship. far superior to the typical HR process.
