EBots interview questions

Interview process was extremely unorganized. After screening from a recruiter, the 1st interview with an engineer was extremely awkward, lacked questions to discuss, and felt like I had to interview myself. Declined a second interview as I felt the team was unenthusiastic and not somewhere I'd like to work.

I was invited for an interview at EBots. The interviewers seemed unprepared, asking generic questions that lacked depth and relevance to my experience. The technical evaluation focused more on memorization than practical problem-solving skills. Communication was poor, with a lack of transparency about the role and responsibilities. Post-interview, attempts to seek feedback were met with silence. This experience raises serious concerns about the company's professionalism and commitment to a positive candidate experience.
