There was no phone screening from HR. I directly got the first interview with 2 professionals. They asked me technical and behavioral questions in turn. The interview took 45 minutes. The interview was not stressful.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EDF (London, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
It lasted about an hour, had 5 or 6 competency based questions, followed by me asking the hiring managers questions. The questions weren’t too taxing if you prepare in advance and the managers hiring were really lovely and easy to chat to!
