There was a phone interview, 2 rounds of one on one interviews with several hiring managers and the manager I would be reporting to. I also met with the President and Controller of the company, which was unexpected for an entry-level role. It took a while to get back to me after each interview, and from the initial application, it was about a month before receiving an offer.
