I applied online through the EF website. I was emailed three days later, requesting I come in for an interview. My interview was in-person the next week. The following Monday, I received a request for references, and I was called on Wednesday being offered the position.

I sent my CV and cover letter via a job search site. They called me on my mobile to set up a Skype interview (as I was not on-place). The interviewer was quite friendly. In addition to some questions, she asked me how would I manage some critical situations (e.g. if i was alone with a lot of people coming and the phone ringing etc).

Incredibly easy. Too easy almost. If you have a brain, can use a computer, and are interested in cultures consider yourself employed. I sat down for an interview with the school director who asked me a series of questions that did not pertain to my resume or set of skills.
