I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EF Education First (Boston, MA) in Jan 2014
Interview
The first round was a Phone Interview. The next day, an in person was requested. I was never told, but assumed I was meeting with the one person I had originally spoken with. However, when I arrived it turned out to be three person panel interview. Be prepared to be interviewed by multiple people without notice, apparently this is not uncommon for EF. Interviewers were all white men, not very friendly and had a clear agenda in the interview process. Very nit picky about the language used to describe experience and history. Borderline rudeness during process with many interruptions while I was speaking.

Pretty standard first phone screening. Asked the basic questions, and the interviewer seemed very personable but not very professional. I received an email to schedule a second interview. I then submitted my availability. I was then ghosted despite my three emails to clarify.
