EGS Computers interview questions

Called for an interview of simulation engineer, and took a written test. After clearing, an HR round took place, followed by final round by a Senior personnel. Typical small scale industrial work culture. Offered a trainee role, with 2.5 years Bond that will start post 6 months of probation. No Leave or HR policy. COMSOL being the sole simulation tool, no exposure to any leading simulation tools. They have expertise in SOLIDWORKS that might be taught to you solely on peers discretion. After completing 3 years, you might think of getting relieved but that too poses a challenge as Management expects you to serve for longer period else if, "you might be betraying them."....well thats what they think. Management is headed by a single person and any change can be bought without any prior Notice, that includes basic HR policies.

1 written Interviews and 1 face to face, then again i had to write another written exam. They told me my answers were not correct still they selected me. The salary offered was just 22k CTC. I asked them if that was the salary for a masters graduate to which they said "yes, with 1 yr experience"
