The process starts with a general phone screen followed by a quick 15m HackerRank test. Then they organise a 1 on 1 interview with the Hiring Manager. I really liked the feedback at the end of the interview around your gaps and areas to work on. If you clear the first 1:1 interview you will be asked to take a 2 hour HackerRank test which is more around development skills. After this, the final interview with the CTO / Head of development and was made an offer the next day.

What i really liked with the interview was that you get your answer and feedback at the end of the interview. No waiting to see if you were successful, you get told right there and then and are also given feedback around your gaps and areas to work on. I passed this 1 on 1 interview and was given a longer 2hr hackerrank test which is more around development skills.
