The process starts with a general phone screen followed by a quick 15m hackerrank test. I was then setup for a 1 on 1 interview with the Hiring Manager and we dived into the various processes of development. What i really liked with the interview was that you get your answer and feedback at the end of the interview. No waiting to see if you were successful, you get told right there and then and are also given feedback around your gaps and areas to work on.
I passed this 1 on 1 interview and was given a longer 2hr hackerrank test which is more around development skills. After this, i went through a final interview with the CTO / Head of development and was made an offer the next day.
