I got a phone interview then a person-to-person interview about two weeks after. The entire process was pretty straight-forward. Lab manager was a very nice person and we talked for an hour, mostly him describing job duties. I would have liked to work here since I am just starting stepping into the job market, but he must have assumed I would bounce once I gained enough experience.

Seemed like they were rushed to find people and didn’t really take into account your schedule. They wanted me to come into the building for a tour within a week, despite not getting a interview for a few months.
