END. interview questions

The interview process was very informal. Great questions asked by the interviewer. There was no “trip up” questions. Was genuinely interested in my background. Having then taken the job and sat in more interviews, it’s very much the company style rather than the individual

Two calls, one with internal recruitment team and next with hiring manager. Both calls were enjoyable, informative and gave me a good idea about the role, team and wider company culture. After the second call I heard nothing at all and though promised some feedback got nothing, not even a rejection. Shame, they seemed great people.
