I interviewed at END. (Washington, North East England, England)
Interview
Easy peasy, easy questions, chill, nice staff.
No tricky questions, 20 minutes maximum.
Kind of intimidating at first but also not really, job was easy enough once trained and settled.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at END. (Washington, North East England, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process was very informal. Great questions asked by the interviewer.
There was no “trip up” questions. Was genuinely interested in my background.
Having then taken the job and sat in more interviews, it’s very much the company style rather than the individual

Question 1
“If you were to adapt your style to suit this job, how do you think you would look?”
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at END. (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
Two calls, one with internal recruitment team and next with hiring manager. Both calls were enjoyable, informative and gave me a good idea about the role, team and wider company culture.
After the second call I heard nothing at all and though promised some feedback got nothing, not even a rejection. Shame, they seemed great people.

Question 1
Initially the kind of normal personality fit questions but also diving in to technical experience with different platforms and e-commerce. Some diving into working with third-parties, distributed teams. Nothing too deep on the technical side but mostly about the challenges that you face at this kind of scale.
