Started with a video interview, then went in for in-person, with several employees together with me in a conference room. Then they gave an aptitude test which included emission estimates.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who facilitated a video conference interview with me. Video interviewed with a partner, technical director, and two senior project engineers. Overall, all the hiring team and recruiters were extremely nice and welcoming.
