Step 1: recruiter interview Step 2: technical interview Step 3: job offer received and accepted Step 4: take home assignment (they want to do another test after the offer) Step 5: Final offer letter They asked me to send personal details to make the offer letter and disappears. I was emailed to recruiter, tech lead and CEO who was in the last meeting. But no body replies. Later I noticed that have published the ad again with lower salary range. Offer received, but offer letter not received for last 2 months :D
