ESC Spectrum interview questions

I was asked to complete an assessment before being considered for a screening call. After passing, I was told they'd schedule one within a week, but I heard nothing for a month. Then, out of the blue, I received a screening call without prior notice. The recruiter said she'd follow up in two days, but it's been over a month with no response. Poor communication throughout the process.
