The process was broken down into several interview steps:
Initial phone screen
Predictive Index survey results are submitted before first interview.
Round 1: 1.5 hour in-person interview with both CEO and direct supervisor for overall company culture and position fit.
Round 2: 2 hour in-person interview gauntlet of 7 team members on more specific position and culture fit
Round 3: 1 hour phone interview follow-up
