The first interview was online, technical screen. Then was invited to visit, gave a talk to the research group and spent a day meeting with other team members, basically another technical screen. Offer was made several week later.

I applied for post doc position by submitting my document online. Then after 2-3 months I got online interview. It was general questions about my previous positions and my skills. After 1 hr I got an email and I invited to on-sight interview. In on-sight interview they asked for presentation and general discussion about their project.
